$150 per additional property
Includes:
Property-specific setup and connections
Workflow replication where applicable
Verification and testing
All properties must reside under the same OwnerRez account.
Multi-account setups are quoted separately.

Adding Properties to an Existing OwnerRez Account
f you have an existing OwnerRez account and need additional properties configured, I offer per-property setup to keep everything consistent, clean, and connected.
Additional Property Setup:
$150 per property
This includes:
Property-specific setup and configuration
Channel connections (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com if applicable)
Messaging and automation alignment with your existing system
Verification and testing to ensure everything flows correctly
All additional properties must be added to the same OwnerRez account.
Multi-account setups are handled separately.
This ensures your growing portfolio stays consistent, reliable, and easy to manage as you scale.
What This Setup Does Not Include
To keep expectations clear, this service does not include:
- Guest-facing listing optimization
- Property management or co-hosting
- Website design or branding
- Marketing strategy
- “Set it and forget it” automation promises
This is backend system setup — not front-end marketing.

- Setup is completed via live Zoom sessions
- Most setups take 2–3 hours total if under 4 properties
- We focus on building systems together so you understand them
Additional training and walkthrough time is included
I explain why things are set up a certain way — not just how to click buttons.
